We offer hassle-free returns! Simply reach out to our team at support@janpathonline.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 


You have two options: opt for store credit for the full product value (with free reverse pickup), or choose a refund to your original payment method, subject to a deduction of Rs 100 for the pickup charge. 


Please note, the return window closes after 7 days, and forward shipping charges are non-refundable.


Your product is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is damaged in transit.
  • If a wrong product has been sent by our team.
  • If there is a design defect on the product.

In case of transit damage, we provide free doorstep pickup and a replacement of the same design. 


For wrong products, we arrange free pickup and delivery of the correct design.

We retain images of every order for 7 days, just before packing, along with the address slip. These images serve as reference for any missing/wrong product claims. The images will be deleted after 7 days.

If your order has a design defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order ID and a clear picture highlighting the defect, and our team will assist you.


Please note that minor colour or design variations, as well as natural oxidation of silver products over time, are not considered design defects.


Cancellations or change of address requests are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, a Rs 100 shipping charge deduction applies to cancellations or address changes.


Refunds for orders made with Store credit will be processed using the same method.


Kutchi Bags & Jewellery


We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for our unique Kutchi Bags. 


These bags are crafted from hand-embroidered fabrics, often containing vintage elements, which may result in occasional loose threads and irregular patterns – a charming testament to their handmade nature. 


If you notice any damage during transit, please contact us at support@janpathonline.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll gladly provide a replacement of the same type for the damaged piece.

 

For orders outside India:

 

If you receive a damaged product upon delivery, please reach out to us within 48 hours and include a photo of the damaged item. We're committed to finding a solution that works for both of us because we value your satisfaction.

 

Please note, we cannot process exchanges or refunds for size or fit issues. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to ask our team before placing your order, and we'll assist you.

 

Refunds won't be granted for refusal to pay import duties/taxes as per your country's laws during delivery.

 

Additionally, exchanges or refunds are not available for minor color or design variations, as these are inherent to the handcrafting process.
