Yes, we provide COD. COD orders will be processed, however, after a verification call by our team.

We dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days from Delhi. 

The delivery time ranges within 7-9 working days, depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

*Working days are from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Shipping charges are ₹3500 for 500 grams - which can contain around 3-4 pieces. In case actual charges come to more than that, we will notify you & then proceed with shipping.

• All international orders are non-refundable
• All duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer at the time of accepting delivery
• Any such duties or taxes are calculated locally at the time of import and we advise you to consult your local post office for more information

However, on international orders above ₹25000, we provide free shipping.

We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges in the rare event that a wrong or damaged product reaches you. Just reach out to us at support@janpathonline.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

For exchanges, we’ll arrange a free pickup of the incorrect or damaged item. Please note that returns typically take longer than deliveries — it may take 3–7 working days for the item to reach us. Once received, your replacement will be shipped within 1 working day. The entire exchange process usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds or replacements beyond the 7-day return window.

If you’d like to return a product because it didn’t suit you or you simply didn’t like it, we do not offer refunds — but we do offer hassle-free returns with two convenient options:

– Get store credit for the full product value with free reverse pickup.

– Opt for a refund, with a ₹250 deduction for pickup and re-shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Cancellations or change of address requests are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, a ₹250 shipping charge (back & forth)  deduction applies to cancellations or address changes.

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for our unique Kutchi products. These products  are crafted from hand-embroidered fabrics, and are made entirely by hand. This can always lead to some inaccuracies and changed between designs. They often contain vintage elements, which may result in occasional loose threads and irregular patterns – a charming testament to their handmade nature. 

We ensure that we show all details as is, in our live videos and are happy to send you pictures highlighting elements you may want to see in better detail before you make a purchase!

If you receive a damaged product upon delivery, please reach out to us within 48 hours and include a photo of the damaged item. We're committed to finding a solution that works for both of us because we value your satisfaction.

Please note, that we cannot process exchanges or refunds for size or fit issues. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to ask our team before placing your order, and we'll assist you.

Refunds won't be granted for refusal to pay import duties/taxes as per your country's laws during delivery.

Additionally, exchanges or refunds are not available for minor color or design variations, as these are inherent to the handcrafting process.
