Deeksha, 33, grew up in different parts of small-town India with a deep love for all things craft & made in India. Deeksha completed her graduation in economics from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi, followed by an MBA from IIM Lucknow.
Post that, Deeksha started her career with a small stint in banking and quickly discovered her true love lay in everything internet and direct to consumer retail. She was part of the core team at Housejoy and ran their beauty business for 3 years, followed by 3 years at Zomato !
JanpathOnline was a little weekend project for more than 3 years to bring a small dream of running a creativity-fuelled retail brand to life. And it was in '22 that she decided to take it's 10K followers on Instagram and turn it into a real business. Since then - there's been no looking back - our family of artisans that make the most stunning of products, creators that bring them to life and a team that makes sure every customer has a (near) perfect experience has been growing!
Priyaanshie Raathore, 24, holds an honours degree in English from Indraprastha College For Women.
With a background in social work and journalism, she has contributed to organisations like Super School India and Light Up EMF. Priyaansie has also worked as a city reporter for HT City.
Joining JanpathOnline in 2023 as a model, Priyaanshie quickly transitioned to different growth projects and is now leading category growth & strategy at JanpathOnline.
Sourav Joshi, 27, manages shipping & operations at JanpathOnline.
Previously at Bijak & SuprDaily- Sourav values the supportive environment and strong team bonding at JO, which foster collaboration and success.

Madhu Kumari, 23, from Delhi, brings her expertise as a Fashion Designer to JanpathOnline.
With a Bachelor's in Design from NIFT Bangalore and experience as an Assistant Fashion Designer at Jai Vilas Palace, she brings in exceptional design sensibility to her work.

Priya Chauhan, 20, from New Delhi, has been a dedicated Packaging Executive at JanpathOnline for nearly a year.

Aman Yadav, 23, from Faridabad, serves as a Packaging Executive at JanpathOnline.
With prior experience as an executive at Zepto, Aman plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient packaging operations at JO.
He values the positive work environment and the opportunity to collaborate with talented and passionate colleagues.
Kannupriya Kakkar, 25, from New Delhi, began as a freelance makeup artist for JanpathOnline, gradually expanding into content creation and customer care roles.
