The first words that come to the mind for Punjab are rich and wholesome. And most of its cuisine is the reflection of the same. One of my favourite sweets amongst Punjab's specialities is Chana Badam Barfi.
Mildly sweet, studded with chopped roasted almonds and made in the famous desi ghee, these barfi bites are made with the protein rich chana flour (gram flour) that is wholesome and just so yumm!
